Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design and test with that standard in mind, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box we tick once.
What we do
- Text and interface colours are chosen for clear contrast, and small text is set at readable sizes and weights.
- Pages work with a keyboard. Pop-ups can be closed with the Escape key and have clear close buttons.
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Videos are short, silent, decorative loops of a few seconds. They contain no sound or essential information, and every piece shown in a video is also shown in still photographs with a full written description.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled form fields, and the layout adapts to screen size and zoom.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet the standard. For example, the payment page is provided by Pesapal, our payment partner. We're reviewing these and welcome feedback.
Feedback and contact
If something doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Email marlenemash43@gmail.com or use our Contact page. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
